Specialized Stumpjumper Vintage Steel Mountain Bike w/ Shimano Deore This is a mid to late 80s era Specialized Stumpjumper hardtail mountain bike with vintage steel triple-butted cromoly tubing. It has the original Shimano Deore drivetrain with Shimano Biopace rings, Deore shifters and of course, 26″ tires. This Stumpy is in awesome shape for a bike of this vintage and it is ready to ride. The shifters are a bit newer than the rest of the bike and the biopace rings, canti brakes and hubs may be an older (but still valuable) vintage. Specific parts highlights include Deore front and rear derailleurs, Deore cranks, vintage Avocet W30 Spenco Gelflex mountain saddle, Specialized seatpost binder, Shimano canti brakes, Shimano brake levers, Specialized rims, Deore hubs and SE racing gumwall 26×2.00 tires. With a 23″ effective top tube and 20.5″ seat tube, this bike should fit most riders in the 5’10” to 6’2″ range. Sizing: -Effective top tube c-c, (cm/in): 58/22.8-Seat tube c-c (cm/in): 52/20.5 This bike has been inspected and tuned and the entire bike has been checked over by two mechanics.
