The bike has been used, and shows signs of that. Critical points on the frame have been covered in thick protection tape, but outside of that there are a significant amount of chips and scratches in the paint, and a few spots where the chip or scratch goes into the carbon. This bike has been checked out by a few local shops who all verified that there are no cracks in the carbon what so ever, and that the bike is good to ride. The fork is a Fox 34 Factory 140mm that has been freshly serviced with new oil, as well as an air chamber rebuild with a new air shaft. Everything on the fork works as should, but if you want optimal performance, you’ll likely want a full damper rebuild. That being said, rebound, compression and lockouts all work as should. The last thing that should be noted before purchase is that the dropper post could use a rebuild. It works as should, engages with the lever, but can be sticky at times. Those three factors are why the price is significantly lower than other S-Works Fuse’s available on the market, and all of the above is incorporated in the price. The bike is equipped with a full XX1 Eagle drivetrain and an X01 cassette. This groupset has tons of life left and outside of the foot rub on the crankset it is in phenomenal condition. The guide RS Carbon brakes engage smoothly and are ready to be ridden as is and the Stans wheel set spins smooth and is set up tubeless with fresh sealant and tires which have at least 80% tread left. Lastly, the bike has a Specialized Power saddle, and an Enve handlebar up front to add even more bling alongside the flagship “S-Works”.
