This frame is very ugly, a lot of paint chips and scratches. Structurally, I looked over at pretty carefully and couldn’t find any cracks, deep rust, or dents. When I got it it seemed to have pretty low miles, the original 90s specialized ground control tires were on it and still had at least 80% tread. I suspect the bike was banged around in storage a lot but not really ridden.
