2018 Specialized Epic Comp Carbon, size medium, in an incredible acid pink & black color. This bike is in excellent condition and has very low miles (300-400 miles estimated). The bike is lighter than most XC hardtails and climbs with crazy amounts of traction + speed. Put simply, it’s stupid fast and no wonder this platform has won so many XC cups. The color is amazing in person and gets tons of comments & compliments every ride. Originally purchased for $4,200 + tax. I never did any tough technical riding on it as my area is mostly fire roads and not much singletrack, which is also why I’m parting with it despite loving the ride. Transparent frame tape has protected it from nicks and scratches. After inspecting the entire bike, I only found two very light, small shallow scratch (pictured) on the frame and a light scuff on the rear derailleur. I’m picky about these things so I wanted to catalog them for the next owner. Currently, the bike has blue ESI grips, but I’ll be replace them with brand new black ESI grips for the new owner. The bike will also be tuned so it is ready to rip as soon as you unbox and reassemble it. Also good news for the next owner is the rear Micro Brain Shock is brand new with an updated version. Specialized had my LBS replace the previous shock after some had issues. Plenty of uncut steerer tube left to get your preferred stack height. Water bottle cages (2 x Specialized Zee Cages) and saddle (Specialized Phenom 143mm) are included, but pedals are not included. Shipping is via BikeFlights (UPS) and is included in the price.
