Mostly stock with the following upgrades: – Brakes: XTR Race (replaced Magura brakes, more power)- Drivetrain: XX1, 11-speed (replaced X01 2×10 setup, better shifting and more ground clearance)- Seat: Specialized S-works Phenom (replaced Phenom Ti, eliminated creaking) Rear shock/brain recently serviced at shop. No scratches on front or rear stanchions, suspension and Brain work great. This is a very fast bike, weighs in about 24 lbs. with a lighter set of tires.
