Basically new RockShox Recon Silver TK air fork which is a huge upgrade for this bike (was $250 by itself). Shimano Deore XT F/R derailleurs with Shimano STX RC rapid fire shifters. Ritchey F/R wheelset. Sugino front chainrings. Specialized crankset. QBP Tooth Fairy bash guard. More modern bar/stem (Race Face Ride bar/Truvativ 80mm stem). Newer saddle (WTB Volt). Dia-Compe VC-767 brakes w/ DP7 Plus levers. FSA headset. Everything on this bike works very well. It rides, shifts, and stops exceptionally. The front tire is original to 1998 and the rear is older as well, so would suggest replacing them both eventually, although they are holding up fine currently.
